The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) has been re-formed under the rules of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. The committee works to make sure the workplace is safe and respectful for all women. Anyone who faces any kind of harassment can share their problem with the committee. The ICC will listen carefully, keep things private, and try to solve the issue fairly and quickly.
